Villa Atlas

Villa Atlas is located in Dalyan which is well known for its azure sea, a succession of stunning panoramas and dramatically sited ancient ruins. The villa with its own private pool has 3 large/kingsize bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden provides an oasis of colour and shade with melons, figs, lemons and bananas. It is in a semi-rural location and is a lazy 10 minute walk from the village/town centre. Nestled amongst a handful of traditional rural homes and recently built villas, its clever location of plants and trees ensures privacy.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts for long winter lettings. Early booking discount : 10% ( 1 year prior ) Concecutive week discount : 5 % ( 2- 4 weeks )

Booking Notes :Telephone or e-mail for availability and booking. A minimum deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking non-refundable and full payment 8 weeks before occupancy.

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.

Please note that this is an all-inclusive price. There are no ‘extras’ to pay.

There are no electricity, gas or water charges, local charges or local taxes to pay.

There are no ‘end of stay’ cleaning charges (subject to the villa being left reasonably clean, tidy and hygienic).

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed each week by our caretaker/cleaner. There are no laundry charges to pay.

Our gardener and pool technician will visit from time to time during your stay. Their services are also included.

If you would like to have extra cleaning during your stay, we can usually arrange that at cost for you, on your behalf, with our cleaning lady.

Dalyan

Dalyan in southern Turkey really does have something for everyone! Whether you want to relax, walk or explore, Dalyan has it all. Dalyan is a friendly town with plenty of shops, bars and mouth-watering seafood-restaurants line the riverbank. Traffic is not allowed into the town in the evenings making it especially safe for families with young children. Dalyan has one of the most unspoiled uncrowded golden sandy beaches in Turkey. Day trips to the Mud baths, Rock tombs and the Amphitheatre in the ancient city of Counos are a must.
